The 7th edition of the NAERE Workshop will be hosted by DTU

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 7th Nordic Annual Environmental and Resource Economics (NAERE) Workshop, which will be held at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, in Lyngby (Greater Copenhagen), on June 25 and 26, 2025. You are welcome to submit your research in environmental, energy, and resource economics for presentation at the workshop. You are also welcome to attend the workshop without presenting a paper.

NAERE workshop is an annual event that brings together researchers and PhD students in, or affiliated with, institutions based in the Nordic countries and working on topics in environmental and resource economics. Since its inception in Helsinki in 2017, the workshop has attracted participants not only from the Nordic countries but also from around the world, with subsequent editions held in Bergen, Copenhagen, and Uppsala.

The 7th edition of this workshop will take place in Lyngby in the northern Copenhagen area on June 25 and 26, 2025, hosted by DTU – Technical University of Denmark and organized by DTU's Division of Climate and Energy Policy.

The two-day workshop provides a platform for researchers and PhD students to present their work, receive feedback, and foster networking and collaboration. Workshop activities will include parallel sessions with paper presentations, a plenary session featuring an invited Keynote speaker, and informal gatherings over lunch and coffee. A dinner with all participants is scheduled on the first day at Restaurant Væksthuset in the Opera Park.
