Important Travel Advisory

Unfortunately, we have ongoing construction on the train lines between Copenhagen and Lyngby Station. Therefore, we suggest you take the following bus route.

The easiest way to get to DTU from central Copenhagen is to take Bus 150s towards Gl. Holte, from Nørreport Station. The bus stop is located at Nørre Voldgade 29A (maps link)

Get off at Rævehøjvej, DTU (Helsingørmotorvejen) and DTU's main building 101, the conference venue, will be just a 10 min. walk away. The Bus ride takes about 35 min. but you should plan a little extra time, as this bus route can be busy.

If you plan to travel by train, you will need o change for a Train-bus at Hellerup Station, which will take you from Hellerup Station to Lyngby Station. From Lyngby Station you can take bus 300S or bus 190 and towards DTU.  Get off at Anker Engelunds Vej, which is just a 3 min. walk from building 101, in which the conference will take place.

Tickets for Public transportation in the Copenhagen Area

The easiest way to buy tickets for public transportation in the Copenhagen area is through the Rejsekort App for iPhone or Android:

Note, if your travel includes changes, from metro to train etc. you should stay checked in through the entire journey. Checking in and out will be more costly.
